deploy.yml workflow: previous 3 deploys hung 6h on SFTP and auto-killed. Now uses timeout-minutes: 20, --only-newer (no slow remote scan), --parallel=4, net:timeout 30. Now fails-fast or completes in <15 min.
robots.txt: removed wrong Disallow: /api/ (was blocking our new API hub), removed Disallow: /*.json$ (was blocking /api/data/), added 2nd Sitemap entry for images.
